New additions . . . .

While I may be obsessed with "One", this week's new additions to my Ipod (courtesy of I-tunes) were:

  1. Simon & Garfunkel - "Bridge Over Troubled Waters";
  2. Simon & Garfunkel - "Cecelia";
  3. Bruce Springsteen - Live version of "Fire"; and
  4. Bruce Springsteen - Live version of "Because the Night"

Cecelia, You're breaking my heart,
You're shaking my confidence daily.

I love that song! Don't tell anyone, but I have a little crush on Paul Simon.

mishy - I love that song too - it's definitely a turn up the car radio and sing it loud kind of song.

p.s. your secret is safe with me
:-)

So you're enjoying the iPod! Aren't they great?

Mish - You're secret is NOT safe with me. If I run into Edie Brickell, I'm going to tell her to keep her man on a short leash.

la - I am totally digging the Ipod - - I had to get a new microwave this week at Target and guess what? The micro on special came with a free docking station (seperate from the micro). It's just a cheap one, but I love being able to use the Ipod as a stereo . . .

I put a bunch of oldies on my ipod recently:
The Letter by Box Tops
Wild Thing by Troggs
Magic Carpet Ride by Steppenwolf
Don't you want somebody to love by Jefferson Airplane
Proud Mary by CCR

Its fun to listen to different stuff.

No way... a microwave with a docking station? Actually, my next car needs to have one. I love the idea that you just pop your ipod into your car and have all your music available.

Ffleur - The Letter is one of my favorite songs.

Mishy - Not to worry, I don't run into Edie very often these days.

la - check out Apple.com for the Ipod accessories. With my old Otis MP3 I use for listening to audible books, I have a hook up to listen to it through my car's tape player and I know they have similar hook ups for the Ipod. For now I'm listening to one audible book in the car via the Otis and another on Ipod, but I'd like to get the accessory for the Ipod - it's not expensive - like 19 or 29 bucks I think
