I did do quite a bit of snorkelling during my recent trip to Maui. Ok, so the underwater cameras are kind of iffy, but here are a few shots taken at Honolua Bay.

Wow. It's gorgeous, I so wish I wasn't terrified of big expanses of water. I'll be the one sipping daquiris on the beach.

To snorkel, how fun.

That gives a different perspective on things.

In earlier post, I see pink calla lilies. I've only ever seen white. That's a pleasant surprise.

I love snorkeling. There's something very peaceful about communing with the fishes and fauna (once I get the breathing straight, that is).

Is that you? I swear, I can't tell.

Wonderful photographs! The water must have been amazingly clear. And how cool to be so close with the sea life. It must be like bird watching. But up close. And underwater. And with fish.

Clearly I am a master of analogies.

That camera works surprisingly well. I hear "underwater camera" and I think blur-central.

Lovely!

Snorkeling in Hawaii is awesome. Unless you're like me and take in too much water doing it. But the fish look awesome.
