Monday I called around and made a bunch of appointments for things I have been putting off . . .

First up, this morning is my annual mammogram. It never ceases to amaze me that they really do "bounce back" after being flattened to a quarter inch thick pancake.

I'm glad there isn't something similar for guys. Fingers are bad enough, but the gals have to do that more often.

I just had a friend stop by to tell me she's got breast cancer, but they caugh it early due to her annual mammogram. I pray that yours comes back clean and promise not to say anything more about my recent little test which I don't have to do for another decade! :)

Edit - I had my first baseline done at 35. It's every other year until 40, then annually.

Diane, I saw your comment at Michele's abo0ut the tiny sample lipsticks Avon used to give away. When I was in college (yrs. ago) my mom sold Avon to make extra $$. I LIVED off those tiny lipsticks...LOL. I don't think I had to buy lipstick for at least 10 years!
