While the "pack" bedded down for a nap earlier today, I got started on the Broadripple Socks from knitty.com, with some speckled wool yarn that I've had in my stash for many years. 
Other than that, I worked a bit this morning, baked some awesome muffins, and walked the girls while listening to Reservation Road on my iPod.
Overall, not a bad Presidents' Day!

Yum, muffins! I like your leather love seat, I'm thinking I want to buy a leather couch once I get settled..cat hair doesn't stick to it! BTW, I didn't realize that you had a cat before.

kat - leather is great for pet hair! (Bailey is in kitty heaven now, but stayed around a couple of extra years kept alive by her deep hatred for the dog)
Yes, only a true dog lover would let her dogs sleep on a leather couch.
(Although both seem to understand the rules!!)
looks like the dogs have the best seat in the house! I'm glad someone had President's day off... :)
The broadripple makes a great super fighter (aka Wonder Woman) wrist band, too! :D
