Looks like a fantastic trip. The photo of you and your niece is adorable (and you both look calm, cool, and collected in the subway, I take it the weather cooperated). Did you see the Dakota while you were at Strawberry Fields? I have a soft spot for the Central Park zoo.
la - we had some rain, and Sunday was pretty stormy in the afternoon, but otherwise, it was kind of hot and muggy. We did see the Dakota, and I too love the Central Park Zoo!
Found the coolest site for subway riding - hopstop.com. It gives detailed subway directions from one place to another.

I'm jealous!! As you know, NYC is one of my favorite cities. I'm deifnitely going to have to go back again soon. I'm happy to hear you had a nice time with your niece.
